About Our Company
Founded in 2020, Equity Based Dialogue for Inclusion (EBDI, “ebb-dee”) is a diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) consultancy. We focus on qualitative data collection and analysis as a means to understand the equity and inclusion needs of our client-partners, and help them build more equitable and inclusive work environments through dialogue facilitation, tailored trainings, workshops and coaching. We strive to meet our clients where they are while also centering the voices of those who have historically been marginalized in organizational contexts. We also support client-partners with research and public report writing (see example).
