Neha Sharma

Neha (nay-ha) Sharma (she/they) is a business and technology integration manager at Accenture Federal Services, with experience spanning across state, federal and private agencies. She is currently working as a delivery lead at a large-scale Oracle implementation project within the federal workspace.
At Accenture, Neha started as an automation developer using Worksoft Certify and quickly transitioned to leading the automation testing process in her first engagement. She had a brief stint in financial services working on defining integration patterns between vendor and client platforms. Neha then moved to working in the state and federal government space, focusing on requirements gathering leading design discussions, and eventually leading teams through testing events and software delivery.
In addition to working at Accenture Federal Services, she has led multiple diversity and inclusion efforts within Accenture at the local office level. Neha led the LGBTQ Employee Resource Group out of the Boston Accenture office for multiple years and worked with Accenture recruiting to expand diversity initiatives.
Neha holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. Outside of Accenture, Neha’s hobbies include convincing friends to watch horror movies, discussing the hot new show on Netflix, painting anime characters for her friends and family, and finding new puzzles to solve.
